What will you do as Lead Data Analist?
Your goal as Lead Data Analist is to make our marketing even more effective. You own a part of our marketing machine that makes our marketing campaigns better based on data. As lead, you're responsible for what your team produces and the data products you manage with your team. You review your team members, but even more importantly: you develop them professionally and personally. With a smartly thought-out roadmap, you take the reigns for chasing the quarterly targets. Together, you work on projects that get the most results, like building in automatic monitoring and detection of anomalies. This way, you see how campaigns perform sooner and you'll receive a warning earlier when you need to intervene. You put your team members to work, but you also get to work with marketing data products and processes yourself. You make impact calculations, ensure data quality, and ensure the right interpretation of the metrics in your marketing team or channel.
You enjoy doing this
- Guiding and coaching a team of enthusiastic starters and experts in Marketing Data.
- Working in a data candy store: terabytes of data on customer behavior on the website and in our apps.
- Setting up smart processes for an optimal use of data in your team.
- Always be up to data. Keeping track of developments on data use, marketing measurement, and technology.
- Monitoring and evaluating experiments to determine which investment level leads to the best results.
- Working with a wide set of tooling, such as dbt, Python, Airflow, and BigQuery to write the smartest logic, automate, and analyze results.
- Convincing stakeholders of your plans, ideas, and roadmap.
